Some of the available cottages
There are seven one-bedroom cottages available for your stay. They each overlook beautiful Lake Champlain and have a living room, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, one bedroom (twin beds), lavatory and shower. Cottages are fully furnished except for the following linens: sheets, pillowcases, bath and kitchen towels. Some cottages have enclosed porches which face the lake.	Inside one of the cottages
A peek inside one of the cottages	Due to cottage size and facilities, occupancy is generally limited to two persons. Two cottages have sleeper sofas, but we ask that you please make arrangements in advance for extra guests.  The rate is $15.00 per night for each additional person.  Unfortunately, cots are not available. Cottage rentals are available on a weekly or seasonal basis. For 2010, rates from May 29 through June 19 are $625 per week.  After June 20, the weekly rate is $775. The seasonal rate from May 29 to September 4 is $8000.
